Due to the nature of our skincare formulations and international shipping costs, returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you purchased, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it through a replacement or refund when applicable.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, we may request photos of the product and packaging upon arrival.

Because our products are cosmetic formulations intended for personal skincare use, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.
